Had a great 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I had an extremely spacious room with a view. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table were much appreciated. The service was all in all helpful. Got wake-up service free of charge, not bad too. Overall, I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Rosa Hotel in Lille. From the moment I arrived, the spacious room with a great view made a positive impression. the service was very helpful, and I even received a free wake-up call service which was a nice touch.

The proximity of the two stations in Lille make this an excellent location for an overnight stay after arriving on Eurostar. However, compared with other hotels we used during a train tour of Europe, it does not offer the level of facilities and comfort we had come to expect for the price. Breakfast is available at nearby cafes at much better value.
We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our holiday. One of the rooms was very small with a view of the back yard and cost the same price as larger rooms. Staff not very friendly.

Very central location in the front of Lille Flandre railway station. My room had window towards the station and I was afraid of noise during the night. However, even with open windows it proved to be quiet.
Relatively steep staircase and small elevator for 3 persons. In case of special needs only a small wheel chair is possible in the elevator.

Good-sized family room (2 double beds). Excellent central location opposite Lille Flandres station. Friendly, helpful staff.
Tiny bathroom. Tiny elevator.

Great location just in front of a railway station.
Bed clothes should be cleaner.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring central Lille and was very easy to find (you can't miss it when you leave the station). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very warm, but situated on a main road it was too noicy to have the door open to cool down. The room/bathroom was clean, however the top covers on the bed were stained and could have been replaced (the sheets themselves were clean however).

Good location in front of the train station; Nothing else of note.
The bathroom is weirdly split, with toilet and shower separate from the sink. The internet didn't reach my room well (3rd floor).

We had a nice room. Hotel has a great location across the street from one train station and 400m from the other. Awesome if you are taking the train. Close to restaurants and bars.
